1) General

RM Chauffeur is the trading name of RM CHAUFFEUR LONDON LIMITED.

By using our services, you agree that you are subject to RM Chauffeur Terms & Conditions.

2) Reservations

All prices are quoted in GBP. Customers must provide accurate pick-up and drop-off addresses, along with accurate time and date for pickup. RM Chauffeur is not responsible for customers entering inaccurate information, customers will still be liable for all fees in the event of providing wrong booking information.

3) Online/Phone Bookings

All bookings are subject to our approval, in the rare instance where a mistake is made in providing wrong quotes; RM Chauffeur reserves the right to cancel and/or refund bookings at our discretion.

All promotions are subject to availability. Personalised optional extras must be booked a week in advance as they require additional time to be prepared.

4) Privacy Policy

When placing a booking through our website, your personal data is kept on secure servers. All of your personal information is kept confidential and not disclosed with any 3rd parties. 5) Waiting Times & Charges

All quotes have a complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes during pick-up, for airport transfers this time is extended to 45 minutes. If the waiting exceeds the complimentary time, there is an additional charge of £30 every 30 minutes.

6) Payments

6.1) Booking fees are to be made payable in advance unless otherwise specified.

6.2) Additional fees will be charged to the same payment method you provided upon booking a service.

6.3) Your booking may be subject to additional fees for waiting times and car park charges.

7) Deposits

7.1) Deposits must be made in advance before we can accept your booking.

7.2) Deposits are non-refundable, however you can change the date of your booking with a minimum notice of 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled departure.

8) Cancellation & Refund Policy

8.1) RM Chauffeurs reserves the right to cancel a booking.

8.2) In the unlikely event RM Chauffeur has to cancel a booking and cannot provide service, the customer will receive a full refund including any deposits.

8.3) Refunds will be processed and returned back to the customers bank account used to make the initial payment.

8.4) If the customer fails to show during their scheduled booking, all fees paid will be non-refundable.

8.5) Drivers have the discretion to cancel a booking if a passenger is behaving in a manner that threatens the driver or other passengers. In these circumstances, fees paid will be non-refundable.

9) Fleet Options

We reserve the right to change vehicle depending upon availability. This is to ensure your scheduled booking is kept on time if there is a risk of a chauffeur not being able to make it to your location as scheduled. The replacement vehicle will be kept the same class and category, colours may vary.

10) Chauffeur Safety

10.1) Drivers have the right to refuse transport to passengers who pose a threat or are violent towards other passengers, the vehicle or the driver.

10.2) Drivers may help customers with suitcases weighing up to 25kg, any baggage exceeding this weight is to the drivers discretion whether they will carry it. This is to protect our drivers from carrying excessive weight which could cause injury.

11) Customer Responsibility

11.1) RM Chauffeur accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any luggage or property carried within the vehicle unless it is a result of direct negligence by the driver. If property is left/forgotten in a vehicle, we will organise the return of property. The customer will be liable to pay for any postage fees prior to shipping.

11.2) If the vehicle is damaged or soiled by the customer, the customer will be liable to pay for repair/valet fees to rectify the damage. Refusal to pay will result in legal action.

12) Disclaimer

RM Chauffeur will not be liable or responsible for delays due to an event beyond our control. This includes: Storms, Floods, Snow, Ice, Subsidence, Epidemics, Natural disasters, Road Traffic Accidents, Irregular traffic congestion, Road closures, Protests, Riots, Flat tyres or vehicle breakdowns.

In the unlikely event of a flat tyre or vehicle break down, we will do our best to divert another driver to arrive as soon as possible to continue your journey. Please note we can not guarantee arrival will be on schedule if this situation occurs.

13) Customer Complaints

If the customer is dissatisfied with the service, they should attempt to rectify the issue while with the driver. If they do not provide a satisfactory solution, the customer must notify RM Chauffeur in writing within 14 days of their booking. RM Chauffeur will acknowledge complaints and reply within 28 days.

14) Anti-Fraud Policy

RM Chauffeur reserves the right to cancel a booking without notice if:

  • The customer cannot provide proof of ID to match credit/debit card used for payment.

  • The cardholder has contacted us and stated they did not authorise the payment.

  • We have a historical record of fraudulent chargebacks from the payment card.

  • Multiple payments attempts with varying data entered for each submission.

  • We suspect that you or the cardholder are associated with fraudulent activity.
